WooCommerce emails don’t include the SKU by default in the new email templates, and adding it back would require customizing the email layout or using a code snippet. Since custom code and template modifications are outside our support scope, we aren’t able to provide a ready-made solution for adding the SKU directly.
You can achieve this by:
- Using a plugin that allows customizing email templates and adding product meta
- Or having a developer add the SKU via a small customization to the order item output

One more question. Is it possible to increase the width of the sent email in the template?

Thanks for your question. By default, WooCommerce does not include any option to increase or change the width of the email template.
If you’d like to adjust the width, this would require overriding the email template in your theme and customizing the HTML/CSS. Since this involves custom code, it’s outside the scope of our support, as my colleague explained previously.
