‘é’ is shown in bold

    Hello,

    since a little while i notice that letters with like é, ä or for example í are shown in bold at my website. I have no idea how to change this again… can someone help me out?

    Im using the wordpress salient child theme.

    I don’t see them either on the link you provided.

    Where do you see them? Can you point us to that location on your site?

    That’s strange, i still see it. in this page the ‘é’ in the word ‘per sé’ in the second sentence is bold. This is just an example, throughout the whole website i have these errors

    in the following link the same happens: https://ymediageneration.nl/begrippenlijst/

    at for example the 8th alinea called ‘Bereik’. Here the word ‘één’ is shown as ‘één’

    Could be cache issue at your end:

    Try flushing browser caches. Also try using different browser/computer.

    This is probably a font substitution problem. It’s usually caused by a corrupted or incomplete version of the font installed on your computer which will override the one being downloaded.

    Check your computer’s fonts for Open Sans and remove it. You might need to restart the computer and flush the browser caches too.
