e-com store starter template does not load

    The e-com store does not load at all. Keeps getting stuck at the first step and loads way past 100%. Just did the latest update. Worked once. But now nothing.

    This seems to be an issue from your side, we tested this a lot and everything works fine.

    Um okay I’ll try to put in another support ticket. It’s very strange though because all the other starter sites load fine. It’s only the e-com starter site that is not loading right now.

    I think it might be my hosting. I’m using intersever for the site with issues. But everything works fine on another site with HostGator hosting.

    Yes it could be an issue from your hosting, but we have to investigate this more detailed.
