Dynamicly created translations

Hello,
first of all thank you very much for this plugin, which is great.

Ok, now lets come to the subject of the topic. Right now when I want to translate a post to diffrent language I have to click a “+” button, which redirects me to the new window, and then I have to save or publish it so it wont dissapear.

Is there by any chance an option, that when I’ll click “+” it will automatically (dynamicly) create a new post and save it (as a draft for example) without transfering me to the new window? It would rapidly increase the time of new post creation if there is a site like mine with 16 languages.
