Dynamicly adding fields to shipping options

**TL:DR How can i allow shopowners to dynamicly add fields on a shipping method, and save the data from those fields**

Hey SO,

I’m currently building a WooCommerce shipping plugin, and I’ve come a good way so far!

What I’m currently trying to accomplish is, allowing the shopowner to add fields dynamically for each of the shipping methods – coming with my plugin.

I want it to have the same behaviour that WooCommerce-Table-rate, is using when you add shipping prices ranges (see picture)

I have looked a little at the code from WooCommerce, and i would like _NOT_ to have to mess with the Database – and use the WP_options. However i will go for what is the best possible solution, so I’m open for idea’s.
