Dynamic Text / Auto-populated Textarea

Is is possible to auto-populate a textarea with some kind of post content? I have a long list of inputs which consist of product quantities that I’ve generated based off of a Custom Post Type. I’d like to then whenever the user Posts this custom “form” to autopopulate a Contact Form 7 textarea or someting so then they can submit their “order”.

Is this type of scenario possible?
