dynamic secondary navigation menu?

Hi,

Is it possible with GP to have a dynamic secondary navigation bar? so depending on what page I am, I can make the secondary navigation display different items? and some sites don’t show the second navigation at all?

So similar to the current wordpress.org page we are on. In the first navigation there is Support selected and the second navigation shows “Forums, Documentation, …” If selecting something different in the main navigation, the second navigation will also change.

I know that this can be done with Elementor, but I don’t want to slow the site down with this as I would need Elementor for every page then.
