Dynamic Email contents & recipiant

Is it possible to have the form go to an email and have a custom body based on the input in the fields? or is it possible to have more “additional mail template” i.e. Mail(3), Mail(4), Mail(5)? Thanks!

I’d like the form to go to a few emails but each person will receive some of the same fields but also fields some of the fields will be unique to them individually so I don’t want it to go to the others.
