Hey there, are you looking under Customize > Site Identity? Can you let us know what options you find there?
Also, do you have any plugins that could be conflicting?

Yes I am looking under Customize > Site Identity. Options are as follows:
Site Title (text box)
Site Tagline (text box)
Display Site Title and Tagline (check button)
Site Icon (select image)
I tried disabling all plugins and still can’t see the option to add in the logo.
This all happened after updating to the latest version of WP.
Ok logo is back! Looks like disabling jet pack removed it! Doh!
But now when I try to go to Customize to remove the site title, I get this:
HTTP ERROR 500
I find WP so frustrating! 🙁
Logo disappeared again…and can’t go to Customize because of HTTP ERROR 500 either and all I did was re-activate JetPack.

It looks like Jetpack is now unable to connect to your site. If I check your site in the Jetpack debugger it tells me:
It looks like XML-RPC is not responding correctly. Please make sure XML-RPC is turned on for your site and is set up to respond to all content types.
