DW not working on certain template

Use DW on all my sites successfully. New site in development is using a template with two sidebars on a couple of pages. No widgets are showing on these two pages though templates with one sidebar – Left Sidebar – work perfectly.
De-activated DW and removed the Page settings from those two widgets and now they show content. Re-activated DW so the widgets on the other pages work.
However, I am unable to have different content in these sidebars because I cannot set individual Pages for the pages using this particular 2 sidebar template.
Is there a way around this?
