    I have found the answer…

    Just translate the language (smart-countdown-fx/languages) with Poedit and upload it.

    I can do it for you. I have poedit installed and running on my workstation, so if you need assistance, please, let me know. After adding Dutch translation I can update the plugin and the new language will be available for all users. Of course you will have to send me textual translatins, both singular and plural forms for:
    year
    month
    week
    day
    hour
    minute
    second
