Both of your issues are related to the image upload process. Media Library Assistant does not play a direct role in uploading items; it relies on core WordPress features for this task. You should try disabling MLA and uploading one or more images to see if the problem persists. Of course, let me know if disabling MLA makes the problems go away.
You wrote “i get many copies of it in the media“. Do you see multiple copies in the admin screens, i.e., are there multiple Media Library items, or are the multiple copies simply present in the uploads directory? If the problem is just multiple files, not items, do the copies have different file names? Are they the “intermediate size” files, with a suffix like “-300×300”?
You wrote “when I upload an image to a post“. Can you tell me the steps you follow to do this? Where do you see the width and length (height)? If you access the Media/Edit Media screen for one of these images, does the actual image appear to be intact? Again, MLA does not perform the upload so I am not sure how to investigate further.

I think the problem comes from the plugin ”Enhanced Media Library”, when I disabled it, the media is not duplicated when I upload it
