Duplicator Plugin Question

Hi,i have one problem with this plugin and i hope someone here can give me some advice.my new Host dont have enough space.i mean (extracted zip file) + ( zip file) = 350MB and my host just have 300MB space.
my question is can i upload zip file to another location and extracted from there on my host?
question 2 can i extract my zip file in my computer and then upload it on host and then run “Installer.php” and worked?!
