Duplicator keeps getting stuck at 30%

    Hello,

    I am trying to back up my website using duplicator but everytime I do, it keeps getting stuck at 30% for a very long time. I am then unable to access it again unless I go in to the cpanel, rename the plugins folder so the package build stops. I have also tried to use Updraft but, again, it doesn’t fully work and I have to repeat the above process to get back in.

    I was able to use duplicator on my localhost but it doesn’t work now that I’ve made the site live.

    This is my first website so I am still extremely new to all of this so sorry if my description isn’t great.

    Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    If the site is really large you might consider trying the two-part install option.

    Hey Cory

    Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried these suggestions and it’s still the same result. I don’t think my site is too big although I’m not sure how to check.

    Have you any other suggestions?

    During the scan phase, it should show details about the size of your files and database.
