yes, you can totally do that using BackWPup for creating a backup of your all your WordPress files. Download the ZIP file it to your computer, unpack it and re-upload it to the new location via FTP.
If you want to move to a new URL, try WP Migrate DB for exporting your database. It has a rename option for database table prefixes and URLs built right in.
