I am having issues with this plugin. At the frontend everything works perfect, but the emails are being sent with just one file duplicated. I mean, if i select 5 files to send, I receive five attachements, but all copies of just one file.

I’ve tested on the demo page (https://www.codedropz.com/contact/) and the same happened. I’ve tried to send to a different email, but it happened again.

There’s a snapshot included showing the problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@filduarte , can you help me to figure out this issue?

Please tell me the steps or how did you do it, this has been tested and I cannot replicate the issue. ( if you can create a video that would be great )

Can you try with different images & different filename?

What specific device you’ve been using (Mobile,Desktop or Tablet)

@glenwpcoder, I saw the video. That’s weird… Even the progress bar loads naturally.
With me all of the progress bars load very fast and simultaneously.
I’ve recorded a video showing two tests (It’s accelerated to shorten it). You will notice that on the first test, the email arrives but when I return to the page the arrow icon beside the submit button is still spinning.

    Answering your questions:
    – I just dragged (or clicked the button and browsed) the files and hit “Submit”.
    – I’ve tried with different files.
    – I’m using a desktop with Windows 10 and Chrome.

I will ask to someone else test. Maybe it’s something related to my connection?

Well, this is awkward. I asked other people to test and it worked. Than I tried on another computer and it worked as well…

Maybe it’s my antivirus or firewall?

Anyway, I will keep using this plugin and move on… If someday I receive an email with duplicated attachments, I’ll just reply asking the person to resend the pictures.

Thank you for the help! =)

Thanks @filduarte , I really appreciate your effort on testing and creating a video.

You may try and test it with your phone, chrome incognito, firefox.

You must also clear your cache first.

I’ve tried with incognito on Chrome and got the same error. With Edge (don’t have Firefox installed) the same thing.

But than I’ve tested with my phone and another pc and it worked on both, so it’s not my connection.

I’ve decided to do a last test: turn off the antivirus and try again. Didn’t work.

I really have no idea what’s happening, but it seems it’s only with my pc.
