duplicated compress component in gzip question

Sorry about that, Ok Im using w3tc and in my yslow, my score is at 78-80. in the section put javascript at the bottom, I have 6 component that need that to be addressed. Sometimes after i refresh, It will show 2 duplicated scripts like above. why is that? Does that have something to do with htaccess or something else? How do I fix it? Even when I put the six at the bottom using minify, they still show up in the box. Is there any trick I could use?
