Duplicate subscription payment

Hi,

I am currently in the process of changing website hosts, however during this process I have noticed that some of the subscription payments have been incorrectly duplicated.

For example, a subscription payment is processed at 11pm on the correct date and then another payment with a different order number is processed ~7 hours later. Strangely enough the second payment has an earlier order number (i.e. 3252 vs. 3254).

Why is this occuring? Does it have something to do with the change in website hosts? Or is that a coincidence and there is another issue?

Sorry to see you’re encountering some difficulty with your subscriptions. Can you please share some more details on which plugin you’re using for the subscription?

In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

I can see that you are using outdated versions of the WordPress, WooCommerce, and the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, so the first thing I would suggest is to update WordPress, WooCommerce, and the WooCommerce Subscriptions to the latest version.
