our code does retry when transient errors are generated by Dynamics 365/CDS. Those errors can be generated by plugins or actions that do not rollback in which case it’s possible to get duplicate submissions. If you can consistently reproduce the problem, please set logging level Debug on About tab, submit the form that results in a duplicate, then go back to About tab, set logging back to notice or error; then download the log file and send it to support@alexacrm.com. We can have a quick look to see what might be causing the issue.

Thanks i figured out the problem, it is from the site origin builder when i used another builder “Muffin builder” the problem disappeared thanks for your help and thanks for your great plugin
