    Hi, anyone can assist, please? we have encountered a duplicate payment method form. any idea to fix these issues?

    Hi,

    that might be an incompatibility with the theme. Could you for a moment change the theme to a standard one (for example twentytwenty) and see if the payment is still duplicated or not?

    Hi,

    When I try to switch to a standard one the payment method issue was fixed. I think the theme issue. how can we fix the theme issue? Do you have any idea?

    The theme modifies heavily the checkout page and apparently not all the modifications are compatible with the multi-step checkout plugin.

    You can look through the theme’s options to see if there is any option that would use the default WooCommerce checkout page instead of the modified version. Otherwise, you can contact the theme developers and ask them to debug the issue.
