• I’m also encountering the same problem. I tried removing all the locations and imported them again through the CSV manager but same thing. I have 2 copies of each location. I have carefully checked my CSV file so I don’t have any duplicates on my end.
    Please let me know what’s going on as soon as possible as I am on a deadline to go live.

    Hi,

    Support for paid add-ons is only through the support page.

    Did the import timeout, and did you then upload the same file again?

    Can you open a support ticket here, and if possible include the CSV file you are trying to upload. Does it also happen with all other plugins disabled?

    1 ) I responded yesterday after you send your message through the support system, but haven’t received a response back. It does show me you viewed the message I send to you.
    2 ) Different time zones means I sleep sometimes, and simple don’t work.
    3 ) Helping you on two different platforms doesn’t work. As I said before, the form here is not for support for paid add-ons, this is.
