Duplicate item does not copy the dropdown values

    First of all, great plugin! I was so annoyed by the over-complicated competition, so I landed on your plugin and so far it it works perfectly.
    I noticed a bug, when coping a rule. The price and all the values of the input field are copied, but not the dropdown values. They default to their first value. (Tested in Firefox and Brave)
    Also, I was thinking it would be helpful to have a text field that allows you to add a comment or title to the rule, to help with identifying specific rules.
    I like that it is possible to select a product category. I do have many categories and sub categories. It would be helpful to have some visual aid to see which ones are sub categories. Maybe like:

    Maincategory
    - Sub Category 1
    - Sub Category 3
    Maincategory 2
    - Sub Category 1
    ...

    And another tiny detail:
    When selecting “Shipping class” for example, the next dropdown shows “equal”, “not equal,” but also “less than” and “greater than”… This does not make sense. It might be better to hide the options, that are not applicable?
