Duplicate Accept-Encoding header

    Hello. in my nginx.conf set global varible to gzip_vary on. And advanced-cache.php:163 set header('Vary: Accept-Encoding'). Can you add an optional constant like define('WP_HEADER_VARY', true) to switch this functional?
