Dual Use Coupon Codes

For unknown reasons, I have a client who wants to use a coupon twice for two separate issues.

First, they want the specific coupon code to allow the user to “see” the pricing.

Second, they want that same coupon code to then allow them to create a membership and receive it for free (normally a $60 value).

Is this even possible? (And I have no idea why they want this either, its insane imo.)
