• I hope to get some advise here on following issue. I’m building a community website where I would like to have a blog that displays two groups of posts. One group will cotain articles written by me and other priviledged authors (ones I choose) and other group displays articles written by other members of the site. For this reason,I’m using BuddyBoss plugin which is nice, but all articles are displayed with articles written by me (admin). Is it somehow possible to make two groups of articles? I.e. two separate blogs? In other words, articles posted by members of my website should be displayed in different tab/section/group. I hope I’m not making this too confusing.

    Thanks for any advice

  • Hi,

I think it will be much easier if you have two separate WordPress installation using subdomain with identical theme installed.

For example, you can have http://example.com/blog-one and http://example.com/blog-two

    A landing page on http://example.com

In WordPress, menus can have custom links, which you can link to all of your blogs. With identical themes on your blogs and a landing page either in HTML or WordPress, your visitors will feel that they are on the same website when visiting your blogs.

In case you need professional help for this kind of setup, you can consider hiring a developer from http://jobs.wordpress.net

    Thank you
