Dsiplay products in single column

Hi
I am trying to display our products in a single column when viewed by a mobile device. I have used the shortcode [products limit=”-1″ tag=”live” orderby=”date” order=”asc” columns=”1″]
However they keep displaying in 2 columns which then has an impact on how it appears.

Could you share the specific page URL as well as a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In the meantime I have a screen grab of how it displays on a mobile view. It shows it in two columns yet the shortcode is set up for 1 column only.

Hey @andersjp
The way the products are displayed is mainly determined by Elementor. For this particular block/section, it looks like everything is specifically set to be shown in 2 columns, regardless of screen size.
I would suggest to check the Elementor settings of this block and see if there is an option to make it show in 1 column for smaller screens.
If you can’t find that, I’d recommend to check this with Elementor’s support team.
