DSGVO / GDPR conform?

Hallo,
Is this Plugin General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) conform? Because when this Plugin is activate and I open my site my adblocker recognize cookies from third party’s (Facebook, …)
With deactivated plugin nothing appear.
It is possible that I can show the social media images and they will be activated when the visitor is clicking on them? Like in the Plugin Shariff https://wordpress.org/plugins/shariff/
Can I make these settings or is this coming soon in a update?
