Hi !

How do I add a Dropdown at CHECKOUT PAGE and every option has a SURCHARGE.

You/a developer would need to combine:

https://docs.woothemes.com/document/add-a-surcharge-to-cart-and-checkout-uses-fees-api/

and

https://docs.woothemes.com/document/tutorial-customising-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/

to achieve this. I don’t see a pre-made plugin available to do so.
