Dropdown Menu Extend or Bigger

    I have made the contact form but when using dropdown list with multiple choices in the frame box it is only as large to show 4 entries. I would like to make it longer so you can see 21 rows.

    The dropdown contains 71 choices so only seeing 4 makes it a long scroll and the small box only showing 4 rows makes it quite annoying finding what you want to find and choose.

    When using multiple in the select menu the box only shows 4 entries but the second I remove multiple I can see 20 entries but I can only make 1 choice then which is not what I need, so the summary is it if it possible to extend the box to show more rows when select menu has multiple in it?
