I’ve visited your webpage in both browsers, Firefox and Chrome, and the number of elements in the list is the same. However, the styles defined by the theme active on your website modify the appearance of the DropDown fields. To check it I recommend you to visit directly the form’s URL in both browser (Only the plugin’s styles are applied in this case):

Firefox only shows a few of the options, whereas other browsers show the entirety of the list. I have visited that link but am still getting the same results.
