    previous to resolving the issue the support I received and the time it took to finally resolve the issue was totally inadequate. However when the right person got involved he stayed with me for 2 days and I let me see everything that he was doing to resolve the issue (which proved how wrong the initial replies to the complaint were). Five for his outstanding work.

    Previous to resolving the issue, the support I received and the time it took to finally resolve the issue was totally inadequate.
