Drop Up navbar?

i created a child theme, but i’m not able to build a drop-up menu..2nd prob, i have a head-navbar and a bottom-navbar – and yes, right – i just want to drop-up in the bottom navbar.. 🙂
is this possible?? and when yes, how??
Using version 1.1 of this theme.many thanks in advance..
