Hello,
Are you using updated version of this plugin. Kindly confirm that.
Also clear your history and again activate the plugin and check.
Thanks.
The version is 1.6.7.
Today I am using a computer that has never visited the website. The problem persists.
I suspect there is a script conflict. The error console says ‘Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘add’ of null’ in slick.min.js:35 ‘
I am not enough of a programmer to know what to do with this error.
Of course that error might have nothing to do with the drop-down menu not working.
So, no help on this one??
Hello,
Kindly send us our website link so then only we can check why its happening. This may be because some css or class problem.
Thanks
Sure. it’s a dev server so the link won’t be there forever. Using an Avada child theme. I’ve tried eliminating the slider (slider revolution) but it still doesn’t work.

Hi,
Thanks for the dev server. We will check and update you soon.
Hello,
We found the solution and working on fixing the bug. We will update the plugin with new version.
Thanks
Sorry I incorrectly identified my version number. It is 1.2.3 which is the same version offered now. Do you know when the updated version might become available?
Thanks much,
Hello,
We have just checked your website and noticed that menu bar is their.
Kindly uninstall the plugin and delete. Once deleted again download the plugin and install.
Thanks,
Anoop Ranawat
Hi thanks for your response. The problem is not that the menu bar isn’t there, it is that the drop-down links do not function when this plugin is activated.
I followed your instructions deleting the plugin, downloading and reinstalling it, but the problem persists.

If you venture beyond the home page by clicking any link in the main menu, you can see how the drop down menus are supposed to appear. You mentioned in an earlier comment that this bug would be fixed, and I just wondered when that might occur.
Thanks
Ok,
We have fixed this in the Pro version where you display multiple slider BUT not in the Free version.
We will fix this bug in the Free version also.
Thanks for showing,
Anoop Ranawat
Thank you,
Also as noted earlier, the problem occurs with or without a slider. The menu items are not hiding, they simply don’t appear anywhere in the code.
Looking forward to your fix!
I upgraded to the paid version and it works now. Thanks!
