Drop Down menu stopped working

I have a site under construction and the sub-menu under about us did work but now it stopped. I am using the theme ChameleonVersion: 3.9 and created a child theme from that. It is located at http://wwmgmt.org/oakknoll This is a pre-publish location but that has nothing to do with the function of the site. Any idea what might have happened?
