Drop-down menu issue.

    There’s a drop down menu in my contact form but for some reason it’s not behaving correctly. When I click on the upper part of the drop down it won’t open. It opens only when I click on the lower part of the menu. In order to make it function properly I have to scroll all the way down. An then when the menu sits at the top of the screen it starts to work correctly. This happens on Chrome btw.

    This shouldn’t be like that. Please help :c
