Drop-down menu icon and burger menu

Hi,
Since an update of the theme the icon (arrow) of the drop-down menu no longer appears. This is also the case of the buger menu icon on mobile. There is a square instead.
Can you help me?

Kindly go to Theme Panel > Script & Styles > uncheck all scripts > Save – then activate all scripts and Save again. Clear cache to see the changes.

Thank you for your reply.
unfortunately nothing changes.
Even when everything is off the icon is always a square.

It’s strange because when I use Elementor plugin to modify the body of the page, the icon is again a arrow. (Just Home page not others)

Have you an other solution?

I don’t understand… I have always a square and my friends too…
And on my smartphone too

I’m sorry to bother you again. I transferred my website from callisto-events.com to callisto-mariage.com. Unfortunately the icons have disappeared.
Could you do the same thing again?
