Drop-down-menu by city names (select menu)

My table contains several columns, one column with city names. I want to display all city names on a website, z.B (select distinct <city>). When the user clicks on a city name, so all rows for this city should be shown.

I have no idea how can I solve this. It would be nice, if anybody has a solution. Thank you for your efforts.
