Dreamweaver: Get dependent files?

I am following the directions for putting wordpress in its own directory and then copying the index.php to the sites root directory.

I am using dreamweaver as my way to manage the files.

When I try to put the edited index.php on the server I get asked:

Put dependent files?

What should I click?
