Drag and Drop not ‘saving’ for some users

    the drag-and-drop (D&D) is working for me on Chrome Mac, and it’s saving the new ‘order’ automatically after doing a D&D.
    but… two users at the client end are saying that when they D&D, navigate to another WP page or section then go back to the posts, the ordering has reverted to before their D&D i.e. not ‘saved’ the change. (btw, they are also ADMIN users like me, so it’s not a role issue).
    they are using Chrome on Windows.
    are there any known issues with “saving the the state” after a D&D e.g. on Windows Chrome, or with WPML installed (we do have WPML in play)…
    any suggestions on how to debug this one??

    Hi,
    This must be related to the users who experienced the issue. Ask them to check with the AJAX responded after dragging & drop the items. That should reveal more regarding any potential issue.

    hi there. sorry i missed this one. could you clarify what is meant by “Ask them to check with the AJAX responded after dragging & drop the items”. what does that mean exactly? what should they DO? thanks. (have you come across this issue before?)
