Hi @as88designer,
Since you are noticing it’s working fine when logged in, it has to happen due to cache.
The settings from your video look fine though, and it shouldn’t have been causing such an issue as the cache should get cleared when there are updates. Just to be clear, does it work if you manually clear the cache in Hummingbird?
I’m afraid the only way to figure out whats exactly causing the issue is by ruling out the factors that would potentially cause it. Could you please start by temporarily pausing Cloudflare and then check whether you could replicate the same issue or not?
This would give a better idea of what might be causing it, and how to move forward. Please do let us know how that goes.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
Ok, so in practice how should I proceed?
Just click “disable” in the browser caching section?
Hi @as88designer,
To start with, in your Cloudflare account you can set it to “Development” mode as mentioned in the following article:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/cache/reference/development-mode
And then check whether you are able to replicate the same issues or not? This should help in ruling out where we should check further on what might be causing it.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
Ok thanks, should I see the result immediately? I keep you updated
Hi, I followed your steps and after a few days trying it seems to work correctly on desktop, now when I put a draft product I no longer see it in the frontend of the site.
As for the mobile part, I can’t say the same, the product remained in the frontend despite being in draft, I had to reload the page 5 times to not view it anymore. It also happened to me a couple of days ago when I made a simple change to a text, on desktop I see it immediately, on mobile after a couple of days.
Hi, could you give me a reply? I am continuing to have the same problem for updating the contents on mobile.
To see any changes I have to update five times or more.
Thanks
Hello there @as88designer
I’m really sorry for the huge delay here, somehow we missed this topic.
To see any changes I have to update five times or more.
Can you try to clear the mobile browser cache before refreshing and checking again? Just to confirm – or not – if this is browser-related.
