I’m getting the same issue here. It’s been working for a long time. Now when I click on a document I get:

thanks for the great work on this plugin it works really great, however about the above mentioned error it might help to know that this happens when you do the bulk upload, when individually uploading documents it works perfect.

Thanks for the tip I’ll try and see if I can recreate the issue using bulk uploader.
What browser are you using?
Do you have adblock on?
If you are using chrome or firefox try a different browser or update to the latest version.
Also disable adblock to see if the issue will go away.
I tried this in Firefox, Chrome, and IE. Get the same error. Tried turning off pop up blocker and phishing and malware protection and still get the same error.

I just tested the link you posted and the file downloaded just fine for me, I am using safari on mac. I will try and hunt down a windows machine to see if it the same results.
Any updates on this error, I could not reproduce it so was wondering if you were still experiencing issues?
