How do I download the form submissions? I have a contact form and I know that 7 people have filled it out, but I cannot figure out how to retrieve their information. Any help would be appreciated.

How do I download the form submissions?

You can use a data storage plugin to store the data in your DB and export it to a file extension of your choice

Thanks @davmerit – i am looking at that plug in now. Will I be able to retrieve past form submissions? Or will this only apply for future submissions?

It will ONLY apply to future submission – past form submissions sent via email are gone unless you can find those emails.
