downloading csv error

    I always get this error under an Editor User.

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    I kept on changing the permission to minimum of Author or even Subscriber using and ADMIN user but everytime I log out it keeps on going back to Administrator instead of “Editor” or “Subscriber”.

    How to make sure that the minimum role required to Export sticks..
    Hardcode it somewhere perhaps.
