p.s.: general check: no problem with downloading https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/gutenberg.23.4.0.zip

Hi @trilos

this has nothing to do with our plug-in. For me both links are working correctly. Either this was a temporary problem or you have a local problem with connecting to WordPress.org.

Yes, @trilos, issues like this are better reported in Slack in the #meta channel. There are the people who can fix things if the problem is on their side …
