download link not working

    I have checked the forum and no post about this problem.

    I can place an order to download a ebook from my website. The order is processed thru paypal and everything is ok at this point. But when i get my order confirmation in my email account, the download link for the file sends me to the homepage. I cannot download the file from the server.

    I have checked all areas for this in the product page and jigoshop settings and no luck. can you tell me what i am doing wrong.

    Does it work properly when testing with a different gateway? Also, plase post Jigoshop System Info.

    I tried with check payment and still the same problem. When I click the download link, it sends me to the homepage. I cant download the ebook from website.

    Can you please email directly to support@jigoshop.com with temporary admin access and reference this thread. We would be able to investigate this issue.
