Download “Failed-Forbidden”

First off, I love seriously simple podcasting, this is an awesome plug-in that is working great for my new show. However, I do have one peculiar problem that I haven’t found anywhere else. The site is at http://wheelbearings.media and the problem only occurs in Chrome (firefox, edge and IE work fine). If you click on the download file link from the front page or the podcast post page, you get a “Failed-Forbidden” error. Interestingly if you go to the feed page at http://wheelbearings.media/feed/podcast and click download episode, the download works just fine even though the URL is identical. Downloads through various podcatchers work fine, it’s just the direct file downloads via chrome that are problematic.

The mp3 files are hosted on Shoutengine. I’m also using the podtrac add-on and even with it disabled, I still get the error. As an extra check, I installed the SSP plug-in on my test site and linked to the same mp3 file on shoutengine and it works fine from there. http://test2.abuelsamid.com/podcast/test-2/ The test site is using exactly the same settings and theme as the main site. Anyone have any thoughts?
