Download error

Hello. I’ve been using your plugin for a year now, and it has been a great help for my website. Thank you!
Upon the latest update, though, the user is able to download one file, but upon trying a second, the following message displays: ‘Something goes wrong, you don’t have permission to use this page, sorry.’ That message continues to show for every attempted file download after the first, unless I refresh the page, then I am able to download 1 more file, then the error message reappears.

Can you help me know what needs to be done to rectify this error?
