Downgrade from Pro to Lite

    Is there any documentation on how to downgrade from the Pro version to Lite version without losing existing sliders?

    Hi @2ysub2ysur 🙂

    I’m very sorry to see you go but I understand! You wouldn’t lose your sliders. You would only lose any of the settings you had that came with the addons you previously had installed with the pro version of the plugin.

    May I assist with anything else?

    Hi and thanks for your quick response!

    (For reference, this is for a client’s site and the slider is only being used on one page with no pro features utilized, so we’re downgrading. Love the plugin!)

    How exactly would I go about this? I have both Lite & Pro installed right now. If I deactivate the Pro version, will Lite take over?

    Yes, once you deactivate the Pro version, the Lite version would take over and you just wouldn’t see the options you’ve had before.
