• I desperately please need my site fixed. I’ve tried everything for well over a week now and NOTHING works!!! I’ve spend so much money on updates and STILL nothing!!!
I can’t even add a page to my site without wordpress coming back with an email saying Anonymous Save-our-Souls is down, OR, There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    503
    Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

It takes me HOURS to add or edit anything because my site won’t load!!! I’ve ask for support with HostUpon and they said that I need to upgrade to the Starter Plus Plan which cost me even more money!!And then they tell me my site is working just fine!!!!!!!!!! But I can’t do any work on it or access it.

I just installed Express WordPress and it did nothing! I’m not getting views on my site and I don’t want to advertise because of all the issues I’m having with my site not loading or taking too long.

As I’m writing this I just got an other email from WordPress that I’m back online but I know that in 10 minutes I’ll be off again!!!!!!!! How can I run a business if I can’t access my account? How do I expect anyone else to want to take my site seriously or want to advertise with me?

I just bought wpforms cost me more money and I couldn’t download the form I needed because it would say my time had run out. I had to get wpforms to send me a link in order for me to be able to finally get it activated onto my site and now I’m trying to move the form into a menu but my site wont load. And it just going around and around and around the same issues over and over again.

I don’t care what you do but please just fix my site please. I don’t know what to do.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @sammichiel6

    That sounds very frustrating.

Have you tried deactivating your plugins temporarily? It is one of the most common reasons for a 503 error. If the 503 error is gone, you can assume that one of your plugins was the culprit. All you have to do is figure out which one was at fault. This process can take a while if you have many plugins, but it’s important to check each plugin in turn. If you identify the plugin causing the error, you can uninstall it or replace it.

What is “Express WordPress”? The site going down and coming back up without intervention sounds like a hosting issue.

But the answer is in the logs.

Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.
