Double verification mail

Hello,

I would like to know if it would be possible to have a double verification e-mail when users change their password or e-mail in account settings ?

For exemple, when a user change his e-mail, it only send an e-mail to the new one and say “Your e-mail has changed!” but it’s not really safe… If it’s not him, how can he knows that someone stole his account ? And it’s the same for password.

So, is it possible to send to the previous e-mail a confirmation to be sure ? Like : “Your e-mail has changed. If it’s you, click the link below. [confirmation link] If not, do nothing”
